Morocco : Morocco to dispatch field hospital to Gaza

Morocco decided Sunday to dispatch a field hospital to the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli Operation Pillar of Defense entered its fifth day.

Moroccan King Mohammed VI ordered in a statement to implement the humanitarian initiative immediately and in coordination with the Palestinian authorities.

Morocco intends to contribute to easing the suffering of victims of military attacks "flatly denounced by Morocco and the international community," according to the statement.

The Palestinians said the death toll in the Gaza Strip climbed to 70 with more than 600 others wounded since the beginning of the Israeli Operation Pillar of Defense.
