A cargo plane crashed in landing in a residential area of the Mselou district in Brazzaville, capital of the Republic of Congo, on Friday night, witnesses told Xinhua.

There was no immediate report of any casualty in the crash, but casualties are feared as the plane crashed in a residential area in the city.

The aircraft crashed during landing in a rain in Brazzaville. But it could not be immediately known the real reason of the cause to the crash.
