Nigeria : Pakistan's United Ulema Forum condemned Shia Muslims’ massacre in Nigeria

Click to see original Image in a new windowPakistan's United Ulema Forum observed a day of protest against killings of around 500 Shia Muslims and the arrest of Ayatollah Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky in Nigeria by the country’s government.

Ulema who were present and addressed the protest at Jama’a Mosque Noor e Iman, Nazimabad included the central President of the forum Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain, Molana Intizar ul Haq Thanvi, central chairman Allama Abdul Khaliq Fareedi, founding secretary general Molana Muhammad Ameen Ansari, Mufti Shameem Khan, Allama Sajjad Shabbir, Allama Ghulam Mustafa Rahmani, Allama Karar Ali Naqvi, Allama Murtaza Khan Rahmani, Allama Abdullah Junagarhi Salfi, Allama Shahideen Ashrafi.

All ulema strongly condemned Nigerian government’s injustices and cruelties on Shia Muslims and demanded that it should be immediately stopped and all the innocent people who were arrested for no reason should be released
