At least 20 Heads of State are expected in the country for today's inauguration of president-elect William Ruto.
Those already in Nairobi for Ruto's big day are the Democratic Republic of the Congo's Felix Tshisekedi, Rwanda's Paul Kagame and Mozambique's Filipe Nyusi. Its all systems go at Kasarani Interior Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho said some 60,000 people would be allowed at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, the event venue, to witness the swearing-in of the East African country's new leader.
