Afran : Egypt gets $70 mln loan for farming project

TUNIS (Reuters) - The African Development Bank (AfDB) said on Friday it had lent Egypt $70 million to finance a farming scheme.
"(The loan) will, in particular, finance the Rural Revenue and Economic Situation Improvement Project," it said, adding that some 60,500 jobs will be created as a result.
