CAIRO, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- The buildings of Egypt's ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) and the National Press Club (NPC) in downtown Cairo were set on fire Saturday night, Xinhua reporters witnessed.
It was the second time that the NDP building was set on fire since the protest broke out four days ago.
Meanwhile, the adjacent NPC building was also set ablaze, with flames shooting from the bottom and no sight of firefighters so far, said the reporters.
The reporters added that Egypt's National Museum, which is situated behind the NPC building, appeared not affected.
