In a telephone message aired by Syria-based Arrai television on Friday, Aisha Gaddafi called on the people of Libya to be proud of the fugitive ruler who “carries weapons and is fighting on the fronts,” AFP reported.
She said the NTC members were “traitors who have broken their oath of allegiance” toward Gaddafi.
Aisha Gaddafi fled to Algeria with her mother, Safiya and two brothers, Mohammed and Hannibal on August 29. Algeria said it had allowed them in on “humanitarian grounds.”
Muammar Gaddafi's whereabouts remain unknown, but his messages have been broadcast on Arrai TV since August 23, when Libyan opposition fighters stormed and captured his Bab al-Aziziya headquarters.
On Thursday, Libyan revolutionaries took control of the southern city of Sabha, which was one of the last strongholds of Muammar Gaddafi.
The NTC forces have also surrounded the northwestern town of Bani Walid and the northern city of Sirte, the other strongholds of the fugitive dictator, where pro-Gaddafi forces still offer resistance.
The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Gaddafi, his son Saif al-Islam, and former intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussi.
On Thursday, a Tunisian court sentenced former Libyan Prime Minister al-Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi to six months in jail for charges of illegal entry into the North African country.
