Zambia : Zambia appoints new deputy central bank governor

LUSAKA (Reuters) - Zambia has appointed a new deputy governor at the central bank but has yet to name a new governor, the bank's spokesman said on Wednesday.


"I can confirm that former Development Bank of Zambia managing director Dr Bwalya Ng'andu has been appointed deputy governor for operations at the Bank of Zambia," central bank spokesman Kanguya Mayondi said.
